Global Translations regrets to inform that we have been defrauded by GO Software, a company owned by Verifone (http://www.gosoftware.com). In 2005, this company sold us a credit card processing software product for about $400. It stopped working several months later. When we called them, they would not even talk to us before charging us another $69 for service. When they failed to fix the problem, they just walked away and refused to refund the $69. This is fraudulent activity by this company and the buyer should be aware not to deal with dishonest companies.
We would like to commend the behavior of another company, Quicken, the makers of QuickBooks. We purchased their software for $399 and used it for 30 days including 2 hours of phone consultation with their specialists. They refunded our money in entirety no questions asked, after we decided to stop using their product. This is a company worthy of doing business with.
